We chose Driftwood Hickory Ridge, and I couldn't be happier! I had institute a unlike vinyl from some other store, but it was out of stock, and they had no idea when it would be in. I used the virtual flooring app from LL flooring, and we fell in Beloved with the driftwood vinyl. We went to the store here in Texas, and started the process. Everyone from the beginning to the end were so helpful, and kind. We were so glad that LL Flooring had the vinyl in stock, and the installation was neat likewise. I highly recommend LL Flooring.

Nosotros got hardwood floor from Lumber Liquidators and the purchasing process was fine. They were friendly and I would recommend them. We love our new flooring. Information technology looks nifty.

I talked with a very knowledgeable staff member at LL Floor's Erie store and nosotros went through every type of flooring and the pricing. He was very transparent about the pricing, what the values were, what I was looking for, and the different underlayment options for me. You're leery when yous purchase something off of a ii-square-foot block in the shop and you get a picayune bit concerned. But I looked at the website and the room visualizer was helpful to become an idea and brand a decision. I tin can kind of take a picture and modify the flooring.
I went dorsum the next day and gave him the concern for the whole house that I was flooring. They were really helpful with walking me through all of that and getting everything set up. I was getting information technology delivered to the Pittsburgh store and they were really collaborative and spoke very highly of their colleagues at the Pittsburgh shop. The delivery was great and the guy was very professional and did a great job.
The merely thing that could have been improved was I got i box that had been sitting there for a while. I could tell it was muddied and there were dates printed on the boxes when they were manufactured and that box was from 2019. It must have been sitting in the Pittsburgh store, which the Erie store warned me about. Besides, at that place was one board that was chipped but I was able to use it when I had to cut an surface area. Other than those, the flooring itself exceeded my expectations and information technology was super easy to install. I was shocked at the quality of it compared to what the toll was.

A friend of ours in the neighborhood bought floor from LL Flooring and said that the cost was actually good. I found a flooring online and I actually liked the color of it. LL Floor carried that then we went over and looked at samples. We were delighted to detect that the vinyl flooring was marked downwards so we ordered it that solar day. It's a new production that'southward made in Germany. It'southward called Duravana 7-millimeter hybrid resilient flooring. Nosotros were really worried that it would have forever to go our production. But they delivered the product in four weeks. The ordering and the delivery of our flooring and everything that went with it went off without a hitch.
We had the product for quite a while before installers were able to come and install it. We didn't hear back and we kept calling but the mailbox was full. A supervisor got in contact with us and we found out that 1 of the workers got COVID. They had to completely close the store downwards. My hubby drove all the way over to Salinas and it said "Closed for cleaning." That put them 2 weeks behind. All of our bedroom furniture had been in our living room for a month.
About 25 years ago, we had Wilsonart laminate put in our family unit room, dining room, kitchen, and hallway. When they came out to install that, at that place were five guys and did the work in one day. Nosotros were surprised that it was only one guy who came for the installation from LL Flooring. He worked all day in the rain and got most of the flooring installed. He waited until noon on Tuesday to come back to make sure that it wasn't going to be raining and then finished up. On Wed, he came back and was only here for a couple of hours to do a lilliputian bit of trim work.
We walk to the sleeping accommodation and the man wasn't there anymore. The floor was done and he was gone. That surprised us because normally with all the other installers years ago had usa sign off. Other than that, the man did a keen job. The piece of work was done a calendar week and a half before Christmas. My new floor was in and we moved our bedroom in. That was our Christmas present. We honey it then far and we've been really happy.

I was looking for some floors to be put downward. We wanted a handy person to come in and do them. They never responded. I was looking at a competitor and I couldn't find what I wanted there. My sis told me to look at Lumber Liquidators and and then I did. I had a selection at that place and it was hands down. There was a free estimate and I signed up for that.
The guy came in to our home. I was at work but my mother was there. She put me on speakerphone. She measured the square foot and told the guy that was what we needed. He said that we would receive a phone call. I got a call and talked to the guy on the Boulevard. He said that nosotros could talk about financing, go over the whole 9 yards, and so we fabricated an appointment. My mom and I went in. The toll was incredible. He said, "This is what we're doing. This is what I'yard going to send y'all. This is the timeframe."
They got back in touch with me within four days. I had everything delivered on time from the moldings to the floor. Because of the holidays, I thought I would not get my floors done until after Jan. The woman chosen me and said that they had a cancellation and my best bet was to take this opportunity. It was the day before Christmas Eve and I agreed. She said they would come between 8:00 and x:00 and the two guys were here by eight:30. They did the closet and put some moldings inside there. They lifted upwardly the stove and the refrigerator. They took them all back. They threw the cleaning products in at that place. I got off work at three o'clock and they were done and gone. They cleaned upward everything and left a few boxes.
It was a flawless finish. I accept shown my coworkers everything and they dearest it. The floors are incredible. Like my mom, we wanted them to stand in it only she didn't desire to leave and they're staying with a polyurethane. I was very satisfied with all of it. I wish I had more money and so I can get my whole business firm done. Since they left a few boxes, I'grand thinking of ownership a couple more then having my bedroom done. I'll have my basement washed adjacent year and I'm going to be calling LL once more.

We went beginning to look at cabinets, and and so we saw that LL Flooring was correct next door. Nosotros walked over there originally, so nosotros weren't ready to purchase in store at that time, and so nosotros merely placed an social club online subsequently when nosotros got home. It was easy to notice the products on the website. I was looking for white stair risers and in that location were quite a few products that didn't have the imagery just yet. Only I was able to go into the production details and confirm that they were white and the verbal color and if information technology was finished in the top left bottom or correct.
I got the painted poplar riser and they were much better than what I thought. Right at present we're in the center of a home renovation, and those were really hard to find, and LL Flooring was the only one that had them in stock. I think about people didn't order them because there wasn't a product paradigm, and they didn't know what it was. Simply I kinda got lucky and they were able to get them pretty rapidly for me so it was really nice.
We went to the store in a calendar week or two. That day they were doing some h2o pressure level handling outside the store, so they were cleaning upwards, only they were so friendly. The people who were working there were making sure that people came in and out of the door safely and that they didn't trip on the water. They were able to get our social club. We pulled upwards to the back and picked it upwardly quickly. They helped us go it into the car. It was a not bad service.

I ordered laminate flooring online and the website was super simple to go through. What I like is that I can add my flooring in, encounter what it looks like with the colors the site has, and have a picture of the room. It helps me friction match a lot easier than going into the store and really looking at information technology, and and then trying to put a phone upward side by side to it. Information technology works a lot better. Merely make sure to take the motion-picture show of the room in good lighting, and then add the flooring in. The sales representatives were quick with getting the email. They called and left a voicemail and let me know that my club was gear up to choice upward.
The quality of the floor is really proficient. The only thing I didn't like is that I only bought flooring that had the pad on the back because I was putting information technology in a basement with a vapor bulwark down. Merely on a lot of the boards, it wasn't fifty-fifty, so I knew information technology was the manufacturing sheets. A lot of the times, I was having to go in and take off piddling slices of the bottom considering it would start on a perfect angle and then go up, and I assumed that was the mode it was laid on and cut because I knew that they get in on a larger board and so cut the pieces to fit. Just one time everything was installed, it turned out perfect. LL Flooring'south products are ameliorate than what'south offered at the large-box stores, like the price points. I just take my time and await until something goes on sale that I want.

I went into the location at Pensacola, Florida and got some laminate floor. I had to become back to choice it up then they did the installation. All the work they've done for me was great and done in a timely manner. The job took a shorter period of time than they initially predictable and it was very professional, getting the job washed in a one day process while it's a two-day procedure. I honey the floor as well. It's not bad.

LL Floor's customer service was fantabulous. The only thing was the continuous calling. I finally had to tell the shop to finish calling me, that I would telephone call them. They should ask the customer when they should recall. They were trying to brand a sale and probably merely doing what they were told simply riding me was kind of annoying. After the society got placed, I also felt the ball kind of got dropped a piffling bit. When I ordered the floor, they didn't tell me it was on backorder. So, information technology made it a little catchy to get. I had ordered stair treads too, which they didn't tell me were not going to be delivered with the floor. My contractor took delivery of it and was request where the remainder of information technology was. I had to call and find out. It was existence sent to a unlike store, which was fine. It was on the way to the second house, so I could go it. Everything worked out dandy and everybody was very friendly.

When nosotros have a project coming up, we go to LL Floor. We've been buying from them for 20 years. We like one of the guys there, Zach, and nosotros try to deal with him when nosotros become a take a chance. He's very personable and really like shooting fish in a barrel to work with. We got oak flooring. Nosotros didn't desire anything manufactured and we've been very happy with information technology. I installed the same flooring last twelvemonth in my master bedroom, and that worked neat. My wife and I love information technology.
Every bit far equally working on information technology, you got to have special tools but once you put information technology in place, it goes in easily. The nailer tacks everything tight. We've had the other flooring in for about a year and we oasis't had any problems with it at all. We bought some stuff for a rental we had dorsum in 2013. I was not happy with the stuff that I got. Somehow, LL was sued and because we had bought it from them, nosotros got a credit confronting that for 100 and some bucks. So, that was prissy.
